Robert Booth

Robert Booth is the CEO of Plasma Technologies, also known as Plastech, a company focusing entirely on plasma weaponry. Robert was born in Hub in 2233, and grew up as a plasma engineer, one of the few in the world. He wroked for the Van Grafs until 2282, when they were shut down by the New California Republic due to their murdering of members of rival businesses.
After this Robert immigrated to the Free Economic Zone of the Mojave in 2291, and settled in New Vegas with some of the wealth he had accumulated in service to the Van Grafs. He would work for a time with Hitech Industries, before leaving and forming his own company in 2297. Since then he has forged a reputation of reliability for the cutting edge weapons needed for special forces and top notch mercenaries alike.
