Samuel Cooke
Samuel Cooke was the leader of a group of outlaws known as the Powder Gangers, set up in an old Vault, 19. His group raided and eventually earned a great deal doing so, to the merchants and travellers going to and from New Vegas. It would take its toll however, as half of his forces would question his leadership, before February of 2282, when Motor Runner and his fiends with him, fleeing the military of the Free Economic Zone of the Mojave. Followed in quick succession was Faye and her Khan Renegades. Samuel welcomed them as long as they could remain cordial, but Motor Runner took it a step further, and proposed unification. Cooke was very hopeful for that outcome, as it would mean any opposition to him would be put down by a now larger force. Unfortunately he would die long before and attempt on his position, when the Vegas Army struck Vault 19, Samuel died in the opening moments, under mass bombardment.
