Adjudicator Markoss

Adjudicator Markoss is a silver Dragonborn, and the military commander of Sagramoor, leading both the Solar Templars and the Sagramoor Royal Navy. He is a strong, proud man, from a long line of military leaders. He is a member of the Triumverate. He focuses his efforts along the borders, especialy those shared with Aradis, Otra, and Lydekar Swamp, especially Bregins Bay.
He carries variety of weapons, but his most notable posession is the magical shield Soulward.
