Cabal of Eyes

The Cabal of Eyes are worshippers of the beholder Thunvrak, ruler of the Underdark city of KolTeroth. Due to thier willingness to work with him, unlike most citizens who fear the creature, they make up the beurocracy of the city. Their leaders are the Watchers, the highest members of the cult. Watchers have undergone a process called the Ritual of Byrgen, named for First Watcher Byrgen, transforming them into beholder-like humanoids.
