Ralstaad is a city in The Southern Reaches of the Underdark. It is home to the Askani, a race of humans magically altered to survive in the Underdark. They have a trong rivalry with narby RaKaTor, constntly competeing ove territory. They are ruled by King Edran Steelfist.
