Tor Hodrn

Tor Hodrn is a paranoid and violent city in The Burning Grounds, the northeast most city in the Underdark. It is established by, and populated by, the Derro. Once a Duergar clan, generations of enslavement under the Illithids left the Derro somewhat disconnected from mundane reality, making their behavior unpredictable at best. They resemble slightly smaller Duergar with pure-white eyes. They are ruled by an order of Savants.
