Xeroth

Herothe is the Blue Dragon ruler of RaKaTor. He has a mate, another Blue Dragon named Aephora, and their brood are often assigned positions of power within the city's sphere of influence. The youngest are named "Ja'Xeroth" or "Ro'Xeroth", which means Son of Xeroth or Daughter of Xeroth, respectively, and select their own names when they reach the Young Dragon stage of life. Their daughter, the Blue Dragon Nydora, is the ruler of Evercross.
