Evercross

Evercross is a trade city in The Southern Reaches region of the Underdark. Despite the city's ruler, the Blue Dragon Nydora's relationship with Xeroth, the ruler of RaKaTor, the city maintains a strict policy of neutrality. It is located at the nexus between Ra'Ka'Tor, Jotarunn, Raka-Del-Phor, and Ralstaad. It is a large, underground market, where anything and everything can be found. Some people travel long distances across the Underdark to visit Evercross' markets.
