Deadwood is a decentralized criminal syndicate with varied branches, leadership, and rules localized to the areas in which they operate. Despite this, however, they operate under the same name, and regions keep in contact with one another in order to share information, resources, and services. Influence in the organization is determined by the areas in which they control, with those in charge of larger areas typically having more authority in the organization overall.
