Horace Proudmore
King
The young King of Nodim has ruled since the age of 2. Of course, one so young has no real idea how to lead and so has made use of many advisors.
Many believe his sister Carolina Proudmore should have became Queen of Nodim and rules rather than Horace as at the time of their mother's death she was 20 and able to rule. Tradition dictated it should be a male heir and so there Horace has sat since 2 years of age. This has formed a rift between Horace and his sister, who is now in hiding because of this. The rift is not helped by his advisors who plot and scheme behind the scenes. Of course, it is easier to control a child than a grown woman.
Horace is famously short tempered and erratic. His frequent tantrums often come at a cost to those around him.
