Coverton (Ko-ver-ton)

Coverton was once a medium sized fishing village surrounding a protected cove on Loch Morag but was destroyed at around the same time as Mythshire. It's residents in a desperate bid to survive the coming dragon attack made a deal to save themselves. Thye were turned into ghouls, with all the strengths, while maintaining their minds and personality.

Local Authority

Mayor Klepet. While there is little opportunity for corruption or profiteering, Klepet is a surprisingly good leader even when compared to the living. The original ghouls are loyal to him and even the new ghouls try to avoid provoking him.
