Shilo Peninsula
This peninsula sticks out from the southeastern edge of Kaabara. For all of recorded history, it has been the home of the Shilo people. It is geographically considered part of the Dàn Coast region.
The peninsula is mountainous in the centre. The Lurun Mountains fade out as they reach the peninsula, but their tail end still raises the terrain in the heart of the land. This flattens out gradually toward the coasts. The southern coast is similar to the Dàn Coast in terms of terrain, with flat, swampy ground prone to flooding. Trees on this side of the mountains are mostly coniferous. The rest of the coastline is sandier, with cool beaches. North of the mountains, the trees are more likely to be deciduous.
