V-23 ORBITAL COLLECTOR
The V-23 Orbital Collector was an Independent Core System Colonies-owned orbital collector orbiting the planet Volcus in the Heske 337 System.
The space station was built in order to collect geothermal energy from Volcus, broadcasted by automated power stations floating on the planet’s magma seas, and then beaming it to the Web Colony on Etna providing nearly unlimited energy to the colony. Surplused of energy were stocked in high output power cells and exported throughout the ICSC. The station was maintained by a resident population of one hundred engineers.
