Not all colonies are content with the union of the Americas. The Paraguay colony of Torin Prime is the first to revolt. The UA suffers its first civil war amongst the extrasolar colonies. The end of the colonial civil war prompts the formation of the Extrasolar Colonial Administration and the Bureau of the Colonial Marshals.
