Human Federation
Structure
The Human Federation is governed by a High and Low Council that is made up of the leaders of the member nations and officials of the federation. The High Council, officially know as the "Parliament" is comprised of leaders of the founding nations and are responsible for setting the federations agenda and policy. The Low council consist leaders of allied nations and federation personnel and are responsible for the execution of the High council's edicts and are responsible for managing regional headquarters.
In specificity the Human Federation is divided into several ministries that are responsible for performing a multitude of duties, the three major departments are as follows.

History
The Human Federation was created over 200 years ago, in response to the fall of the kingdoms of Saul and Rends which fell not only to the monster invasion, but also to the the wars and competition from fellow human nations. the surviving nobles and politicians saw that if the two nations were not so infatuated with fighting each other, that they would have seen the signs of the monster invasion that were obvious to the common folk but not to them.
Territories
The Human Federation consists of a main HQ located on what is now referred to as "Federation Island and several Regional Headquarters and forts within allied human territories. The Federation also has several bases and outpost in strategic location on Gaia. HQ's and Bases located within allied nation conduct themselves under the special privileges as an autonomous region, largely free from the laws and regulation of their host state.
Military
The Human Federation has three military corps. These are the Federation Forces, the general combat and security forces. The mages corp, a collection combat and engineering mages. The Green's Battalion the elite special forces.

The Human Federation has a Council of Nations or 'High Council' that discuss various issues facing humanity and makes decisions. Actions and proposals are presented by the chancellor and put to to a majority vote with each High Council Member having a single vote.
Judicial Body
The Council of Nations in order to prevent human nations from fighting each other has the power to resolve issues the arise between allied nations. If a conflict between two nations would or has the potential to weaken humanity as a whole, the council can put the issue on hiatus or make a temporary resolution measure.
