Public Agenda
The main goals of the Kingdom of Souzorailia is the growth and expansion of its intellectual might and security of its intellectual secrets. This might and these secrets are not those of warfare but of general education. The Souzorailian government is focues on maintaining the quality and reputation of its multitube of prestigious and acclaimed universities and institutions.
An issue that the Kingdom of Souzorailia in recent decades has been the protection of its Blue Palace faculty, alumni, and potential alumni as they travel and provide their services to the wider world. Since the Federation's eradication policy went into effect, Souzorailia has seen have noted that many of their monster alumni have been killed abroad. The nation also has noted a sharp decline in the enrollment of new talent into its borders from the monster population.

Foreign Relations
For several reasons, the Kingdom of Souzorailia has chosen to stoutly remain neutral in the conflict between Humans and Monster and is adamant in refusing the Human Federation's offers for membership. Amongst the most pressing reason for this neutrality is the influence of Blue Palace Academia which has been the main resource for development of the nation. The academia recruits and distributes a multitude of talented individuals across the world regardless of whether they are human or monster, to take sides would jeopardize its alumni and students. As such the Kingdom is hard pressed to stay in the good graces of the academy. To the benefit of the Kingdom the Academy's global influence also keeps the nation relatively free of foreign aggression.
Education
The Kingdom of Sourzorailia is know as the nation of learned men and as such it's educational facilities are the best in the world. Its massive educational facilities are of access to anyone with either the right amount of money, connections or talent may attend and for those that have neither a standardized universal basic education if mandatory by all citizens regardless of species, class, or wealth. There is however a large disparity with access to higher tiers of education in Sourzorailia with the common man or monster being almost completely barred from reaching further that a basic education. The educational system is based upon elitism and results only those that meet the challenging standards are allowed to continue their education while those who fail are to be removed from the system with reentry being almost impossible. In this way those who are not at liberty to spend most of their day studying or learning such as the common worker, women with children, and those with other life issues and struggles are unable to ever receive what the nation considers a proper education despite them on a global level being exceptionally learned.

Souzorailia primarily exports it intellectual ideas and services, both magical and mundane to the rest of the world. This is usually through the Blue Palace Academia, which stringently vets any and all request for skilled magicians, technicians, and advisors regardless of institution of attendance.
Judicial Body
Souzorailia has a parallel court system where the laws passed are evaluated in both a mundane and magical lenses. With this system there are two interpretations of the law that coexist side-by-side,, regardless of whether their interpretations are contradictory to one another. This is because in society there are situations for which the involvement of magic drastically changes the morality and legality of the law passed. Unfortunately the mundane residents of the kingdom the interpretation of the law is biased against those who do have magical ability.
The Official name for the Souzoralian Judiciary is the "Magistum". The Magistum's two systems are respectively called the "mundus", the non-magical and mundane court and the "inquisition", the magical and astral court. The Judicial system and it's highest level is overseen by the "Grand Rend Inquisitor" a position appointed by King and the Rend Inquisitor's Council, a group of highly influential magicians and sorcerers. At this level the final interpretation of the laws are made for both systems. The Grand Rend Inquisitor and the Rend Inquisitor's Council come to a conclusion with the Grand Rend having primary authority and the Council having secondary veto power.
Every local and provincial court system is headed by an inquisitor, who is appointed based on a combination of experience, merit and connection. Inquisitors are all Magicians, Mages, and Sorcerers, and this is the standard for for both the Mundus and Inquisition courts. The magistum acts as a secondary enforcement of and have higher jurisdiction in the enforcement of or arcane law than traditional law enforcement.

The Kingdom of Souzorailia's primary agenda is the protection and expansion of its intellectual asset and resourses and given that both humans and monster both attend it's prestiougous centers of learning, cannot ally itself with an organization whose main objectives are the elimination of monsters.
The Human Federation while dismayed about a human nation harboring and fostering monster development is not willing to push that issue due to the fact that the Federation often relies on the experienced magicians, scholars and technicians that the kingdom produces.
