The Free Lands of Tiveaudepoy value the fighting spirit of freedom and liberation. Its inhabitants live according to their own dreams and ambitions; and hold great respect for those who have fought for the right of its people to live freely. The people are renowned revelers and celebrate life and liberty with constant parades and festivals.
History
Tiveaudepoy was a nation that was born from one of the most tragic events to have befallen humanity in an epoch; the Human Collapse. When the Holy Rendesian State fell due to overextension and invasion, The nation abandoned its people in the northeastern region and the people were left to fend for themselves. As the monster invaders mercilessly pillaged and fed upon them the people were powerless to fight back and subjugation was swift. The people were in despair at their plight, but above all were furious that the government that was supposed to protect them left them to the monsters to die. The people of Rends were a people that valued safety over freedom and were willing live lives dictated to them, so long as the stability of their ways of life were constant. The nationless people realized that no government no matter what promises are made to them can be trusted nor can they sacrifice their own means to provide for themselves. As the Human Collapse progressed many other nations would fall to ruin, but when all hope had seemed loss; a spirit of resistance would explode within its people and a series of uprising, protest and skirmishes would arise. The other failing nations that had yet fell saw this fighting spirit and their people would become inspired to fight till the very end. the remaining human armies would reach the land and make a final stand against the beasts only to find that the battle was already won and in the most shocking; almost comical way. The men saw whole divisions of well trained monsters fleeing, from no more than rag-tag militias of women wielding furniture and children throwing rocks. They witnessed the the abandoned people fighting as one people regardless of race, gender, and age fighting for their freedom in brutal and desperate combat. Waves of cheers from the men and women would erupt in elation as they had finally secured their freedom, and this battle later to be known as the "Battle of the Tables and Chairs" by historians would be considered to have been where the Human Collapse officially ended. These people after the collapse in their joy declared the start on a new nation, a nation where the people's freedom would never again be stolen from them and a land where liberty was more important the empty promises of safety.

Independent and Proud
While The Free Lands of Tiveaudepoy support the Human Federation and many of its policies and in many situations has actively worked along side it; Tiveaudepoy has chosen to remain independent of the Federation siting that the nation wishes to honor the freedom of its people by not being beholden to a higher authority and its directives. For this reason The Free Lands have refuted any and all offers of alliance, stating that it has faith in it's own people and their desire to uphold the hard fought liberty as the greatest asset to its safety and prosperity. Ultimately the nation is warry to put its own security in the hands of other powers as not to cause a repeat of the the loss of liberty and eventually abandonment that was experienced prior to the nations founding.
Free Thought and Free Faith
The Free Lands of Tiveaudepoy is a nation of free thought and new ideals, many of which fall in stark contrast with the rest of the world's more traditional and conservative world views. From the roles of women to the importance of faith in daily life, the citizens can make of themselves what ever the wish so long as it does not take away from the freedom of others. This flippant disregard of millennia old codes of morality brushes heads heavily with its neighbor; The Holy See of Dassillia.
Drassillia views Tiveaudepoy's disparagement of doctrine and traditions as sacrilegious and scandalous; a nation lost to vice and decadence. It's citizens see it's neighbor as a result of a people that have lacked strong leadership and ruling authority.

The Nations of both Tiveaudepoy and Drassilia were born of the Human Collapse and expereince the same tragedies under monster-kind yet the founding groups would diverge in how they would rebuild from the carnage. The Tiveans developed a progressive society while the Drassilians doubled down on more conservative that would constantly criticize and condem the freedoms that the new found Tiveans indulged in. The differences in governing ideologies make cooperating as neighbors.
