The remnants of the once-grand Mustafic House, now reduced to ash and ruins.
The burned walls still stand scarred, never fixed by the family as all inheritors were killed in the blaze. The Ashen Quarter is a poorer, rundown area and no one has rebuilt many of the homes lists in a deadly fire that consumed the district many decades ago.
