The only race born numb.

Nearly 5 billion years ago Gandrain was born. 500 million later the planet cooled. Life began at around the planets first billion years and land and sea become different things but at around 2 billion air gave life to the first organism. It would have kept growing and the planet would have become a much different place if 3 billion years after Gandrain's birth the planet wasn't hit by a meteor that dispersed a creature common in all living organisms today and made the largest land mass on the planet when it impacted the middle of a tectonic plate causing the whole plat to pucker around the impact greater. 4 billion years later the planet adapted and life started anew with a very different plan in mind. 4.5 billion and the first sentient creature emerges. What we call today the Mature, or in common speech the Fae. 4.7 billion and not only do these creatures think they build on land, they develop civilization. 4.9 billion a branch of the fat is born something called the human or in their language the Folvo. The Folvo are unlike their brethren as they do not posses the same mental link as is characteristic of their pieces and why the human eventually becomes the dominant when the fat fall into desolation. 4.978 billion the fat retreat from cities, empires, everything is obandanded in seemingly one night and all that left behind are the humans. 4.978969 billion humans no longer rely on the fat and must take care of themselves. They exist on a total of 13 islands in the world. It begins slowly 23 pockets of humans exist in the world including the islands. Each one leaves the large empty habitat of the fae in search of human friendly places to begin again. 9 of these groups exist on Orori as the island is later named. 14 groups exist on the remaining 12 islands. 1 of these groups died out as the island was not survivable without the fae help they would not be the last. Many of the humans where lost without the constant support the civilization had once given them. One of the groups on Orori however had been functional more or less when the fae where in power. This group trailed the island finding the other humans and teaching them to thrive in their know homes and connecting them to each other. Soon the human raise lived as if it never knew the fae. Three of the groups died on Orori as the land was large and had to live on without any foreknowledge of it. The five surviving groups where the Vevo (the priest class), the Savo (the Seekers), Aivo (the farmers), the Alvo (weapons makers), the Mevo (servants), and the Kovo (warriors). Each group found a niche and trade between the groups was good as well as mixing so all groups had some amount of skills from each class. But as time went on beliefs separated the groups and they congregated to certain areas. These groups where the Folkain who still believed in the Fae religion even a watered down version. The Ni and the Da where two different groups that merged to form the modern day Nidan. The last group where the Orcalies whose belief stood on the idea that water told tales and all we do is listen. The Seeker's where an order of themselves and considered separate from the groups as they all depended on them. On the other island similar things happened over the next 1000 years humans expanded to exist on a total of 39 islands. One of these islands was Laimen where a religion called Eleris become popular a faction emerged that promoted the trickster god or as the all encompassing deity. They called themselves Vonti and escaped religious persecution by traveling to Orori called such by them and soon others. They're what was called the Tribal wars had been raging for 300 years. 150 years later an alliance was made and four official kingdoms where established. These kingdoms where called Felnue, Semese, Disstick, and Endis. 5000 wars later Maria is born and makes all of Orori into the Empire of Mandor. 4000 year later Maria's descendent Xexilia travels to Laimen where she becomes a power in the Union of Aldnock and then goes to war with her home Empire, she topples her home's government and replaces it with a transitional to democracy. Later her children go on to do this to other powers. Xexilia lives to see the first spaceship reach outer space. She is quoted saying "Now we can bring war to the universe."
