Hótics
Rexlas: Hótei
The hótans1 were the common ancestors of the North Hótics and South Hótics of south-central and southern Laxilþía, respectively.
During bronze age, they were subjects of the Káaxans who ruled the region in and south of the Katark Mountains, but after a series of earthquakes altered their water supply and caused famine, the hótics and other groups revolted, abandoned the káaxan cities and spread throughout southern Laxilþía. The hótics settled along the Noron River and eventually split into two distinct cultures, both due to different environments and influences from other cultures.
