The Ptivamanaktem Alliance is a confederation of seven tribes of Tederans in the central Karatvánamb Forest of southeastern Túlmikkía, and is a major power in the region.
It's capital is Hatvál, located at the center of the territory.

Structure

Government

Currently, the alliance is made up of seven tribes, namely the Kahans to the north, Tvúmans to the northeast, Hofólans to the southeast, Inikóans to the south, Mnálans to the southwest, Abáhans to the west and Ptampans in the middle, each with their own chiefs who hold regular meetings in the capital to discuss matters affecting the alliance as a whole.
The chiefs' power is limited, however, as each tribe also has a council of matriarchs from prominent families who serve as advisors, administrators and -more importantly- have the power to strip the chief of his rank if he proves to be an poor ruler, and choose another one instead. Because of this, these councils are known as guardians of the throne; tederan thrones, carved from a block of wood and adorned with gold and shell-beads, are regarded as sacred objects and must be placed in small shrines at night and interregnums, lest the entire tribe may perish.
