Will Stoutly

Will is a constable in the Saltmarsh City Watch. He works out of the town arsenal on the main square, and appears to have the authority to investigate malfeasances of various kinds.
Kray and Drazer spoke to him regarding the possible disappearance of their erstwhile companion Silmara Vanabar. Stoutly suggested that ownership of the Hellmont Mansion is probably what's at stake in the disappearance, though he also suggested that Silmara may have fallen victim to the mansion's curse. He promised to investigate the matter, and take it up with the Town Council.
