Garen's Exchange

This building houses the general goods and home to Richard Garen
Garen's Exchange is a general goods store located in Garen's Well, originally built in 304 AC as the first and only market in the settlement. It serves as a supply hub for the town, providing necessary equipment and goods to the locals.

Alterations

Additional storage space has been added and layout of the shop may have been reconfigured to improve efficiency. New goods or services may have been added to the inventory based on the demands of the local community. The shop has hired additional staff to better serve its customers.

Architecture

The shop is a simple one-story structure made of locally-sourced wood and stone. The ground floor has been converted into a marketplace, with shelves and display cases lining the walls and a central area for transactions. The upper floor serve as storage and living quarters for the shop's owner
