However, many fear the big man and respect his wishes to keep peace and as he puts it "Don't Start None, There Won't Be None!"

Defences

There is no defensive barriers constructed within the hamlet. A natural barrier to the north and east in form of river and lake gives some defense. However, it has been heard that it may be the next year a wall may be started if the funding can become available.

Industry & Trade

The hamlet struggles because of its relative location near the Blood Woods. However, they offer meat, wool and milk from the sheep and goat farms.

Infrastructure

The infrastructure is very little as the settlement is fairly new. However, with the production of grain for feed a watermill was constructed to convert excess grain into flour. The sheep and goat farms provide a heft surplus of wool, milk and cheese. Thus, the town now has a cheese monger and a tailor. The conversion of Richard Garen 's old house into Big Dick's Halfway Inn gives the frequent traveler a place to relax with minimal accommodations. With is new one being the Garen's Exchange for a few items to aid in development of the hamlet.
