The Dimensional Veil
Existing in the spiritual metaphorical edge of all reality, these elements of arcenergy is what creates the laws of all that exist. The primary reason why all of reality exists, for if it were not for these dimensions, the Creator would not have the medium to function in creating all. The dimensions are two elements wrapped into one and are the medium of all of the planes giving fundamental function. Outside of the planes of existence these planes are fused yet separate (defying all laws of physics), and can be shaped by any entity to an extent. The only one who has sure control of both imagination and time, Primordial and only God of all Vaal Vatti. However, few races, like the early dwellers and the celestials who guard the gates of reality from escaping and conflicting with what laws Vaal had set n place, and many more who He had ordained, are the only ones have some limited agency of one of the two besides Him.
The two dimensions are “The Sands of Time” and “The Dreamworld”. Every idea of this great universe and cosmology that has been executed into existence has been created in The Dreamwold and every power used to executed is arguably possible from the perspective and omniscience of “The Sands of Time”.
