Session 06: We are going where? Report

General Summary

Before departing Sanserine, our companions enjoyed the food, wine, gambling and "virgins" of the Virgin's Hooch brothel.  A to go box was taken from the culinary delights from the Fisherman's House of Chicken.  Upon arrival to the fort, the LoO find a surprisingly short transportation to the Sea of Dust on a the air ship Wild Wing commanded by Cpt Quorra. Asaulted by fiends while traversing the valleys of the Hell Furnaces, they had a thrilling clash at 6000 ft. Victory was not lost on our heros.
A pleasant exchange occurred in the bazaar at Windgate, Sir Piper cleverly purchased a flying carpet from Sami, to hold their supplies on the 2 day journey through the desert to Aumata Perion. Camels obtained from Jacko the camel boy, and services acquired from the silent guide Amir, who was their only compass to their destination, the Lords departed on their quest.
On the journey, in a chance discovery of an oasis, Sir Piper met a fey babe dancing seductively at her tent doorway. Not as things seemed, she not only quenched her thirst on his life, but nearly the entire party. Sir Wolf-Dietrich wasn't having any of her charm and had a scrap with her, spilling the sand from her belly, onto the cool desert ground. The charade was up, with the oasis no more, the LoO had to prepare for long rest under the warm desert sun. Sadly Rowdy discovered his flying carpet would fly no more.
