Session 08: 3 Star Tour of the White Geiser Mountain Report

General Summary

Our dashing hero’s are welcomed back into Aumata Perion as hero’s, friends, saviors, sent by Istus. They are paraded around on the shoulders of the villagers, are offered wives, gold, tobacco, pottery, livestock... A week long celebration is held in their honor. Jamal’s son’s arrive from the local area with their entire clans adding to the celebration. The LoO enjoy the party, but duty calls, so they leave on the second evening of their celebration. Rowdy, confident in his pamphlet, leads the party into the desert. The mountain is easy enough to to see in the distance, so Amir allows him to lead. Acosted by some desert people, a WWE championship match ensues. Entertained by the fight, Grand Witch Agatha decides to let the party pass.  Intelligently, Sir Wolf-Dietrich accepts the offer, knowing that he and his lords were on their way to a horrible defeat. Finding the hidden entrance to the White Gieser Mountain, the party enters an ancient vault and quickly answers a riddle of the gynosphinx.  They are still  trying to find the book Vecna is after.  Fighting against time, the death knight Lord Soth, the LoO move through the dungeon, nearly losing the life of Sir Rowdy Piper, and literally losing Jhoren who just disappeared at the beginning of a drowning party of Kelpies.
