The Triumvirate

The Primacy, Ascendancy, and Periphery are the three major powers within The Fairelands and are collectively referred to as the Triumvirate. On their face, they operate independtly from one another, though it's common knowledge that they conspire together on numerous decisions, even if they may not agree on any given issue publicly.
