Craven Moorehead
Craven Moorehead is the leader of the Cult of the Shard-Touched, a zealot-ridden religious organization aiming to promote the devout and unrelenting worship of Gudor above all other Froslak gods. Many within the cult practice occult magic and partake in ancient Froslak rites such as human sacrifice. Craven, the leader of said cult, was a former student at Tenora's Academy of Arcana, a mage college in Malinkirk, the capital city of Auchnavar. From birth, Craven was gifted with strange and powerful natural magic. As he grew older, his natural arcana began to form a massive crystal in his chest that only grew larger with age, allowing Craven to channel more and more arcane energy. He was a powerful mage, but the wild nature of his magic scared many within the academy. After a near unanimous vote, the headmasters of the college kicked him out, fearing his natural magic and passionate, angered attitude. He had been born in a town that loathed Gudor, having been plagued by malicious druids for centuries. Thus, Craven and his shard were seen as some sort of curse, forcing him and his family to leave their homes at a young age. He had grown up in extreme poverty in the slums of Malinkirk, only having been able to enter Tenora's Academy due to his extraordinary innate ability.
It is said that Craven had been receiving visions and messages from Gudor from birth, as his magic was natural and druidic and the crystal in his chest was a massive shard of Tiger's Eye, the symbolic rock of Gudor. After leaving the academy, he began to spread the word of Gudor and soon amassed a cult following that believed him to be a prophet due to his unique condition. Thus, the cult grew larger and larger, and, recently, the cult has begun to strike out at Auchnavar and has taken over entire towns in the kingdom's southern regions, taking lands belonging to Clan Dusthammer. Craven himself is a young Froslak man with long, braided black hair and a tall stature. His shoulders are unnaturally broad due to his body adapting to the growing crystal in his chest, which forced his ribcage and and torso to split and push out to the side. The crystal itself is a Tiger's Eye, as mentioned before, and is shaped in almost a tapered disk that narrows as it extends from his body. It extends out from his back and out through his chest, being embedded vertically and with the narrow side pointing forwards.
