Hedd Edwards
Hedd Edwards is the Viscount of Queria, a merchant republic on the eastern coast of Pwenlylyn. He is an older man with a long, flowing gray mullet and a full yet unkempt beard. He has a large scar across his left eye, rendering it blind. He is, by all accounts, nearly deaf but uses spells and alchemical brews to enhance his vision among other benefits such as inherent divination that occurs naturally, but in a far more cryptic manner than usual. Many of his advisors claim that Hedd sees strange visions of the future, though they are often insignificant or somewhat false due to the everchanging nature of fate.
Personality-wise, Hedd is a strong and prevalent figure in any room. He speaks loudly and clearly, often intertwining his strange and numerous visions into conversation for various reasons. Generally, Hedd appears and acts somewhat frustrated and unorganized, though this may be due to his age, mental deterioration, and the visions he is forced to experience on a daily basis. He is a stubborn and traditionalist figure according to many, believing in the importance of Faitilic culture and the old rites associated with it, leading him to despise both Macavuria and Talrice for their continuous detachment from traditional Faityl culture.
