Eastern Rootlands
The Eastern Rootland District encapsulates the land extending east of the Great tree to the shores boardering the Ulissian Sea. The district is home to the single largest region of farms in the kingdom - providing for 70% of all food consumed in the kingdom. It is also houses all trade and oversea transportation. Without the Eastern Rootlands, it is fair to say that most people in Halvishlan would go hungry. The extensive and innovative farming practices, using aquaducts, and underground springs, the farms are renowned for being lush and prosperous. The Eastern District holds a near monopoly on the food production in Halvishlan, and as such holds its own weight at the political table. The District’s City Province, resides in Cern.

Pathu
The City of Pathu, dubbed “The city of Water” despite it being days days travel from the ocean. Home of the first ever constructed, and primary Aqueduct servicing the kingdom of Halvishlan. It’s importance to the kingdom cannot be overstated. It provides both the primary water to the eastern Rootlands plantations, but it also services the Town’s other local gem: The Cranbee Water Purification Plant. This water purification plant provides treated, enchanted, and staple waters to many regions of the kingdom, with it’s primary export giving water to the shadelands and the crops therein.
