Felicia Redfield
After the death of her twin sister Prudence Timmons, Felicia and her brother-in-law John Timmons began a vigilanty faction. As it grew momentum it became known as the Legion of Deliverance (LOD). Because of LOD's use of explosives and fire as part of their weaponry, Felicia has many scars and burn marks from years of criminal activity.
Prudence's death was investigated years later by Detective Sally Romanov but she could not solve the cold case.
Unknown to Felicia, Merakesh Larkin is responsible for the death of Prudence.
