Sally Romanov of the Hausken Police begins to investigate the mysterious cases of disappearances and deaths related to the figure in the cloak.
Sally doesn't realise it but she is the only officer who has correctly linked all five cases. However her investigations never reveal who the criminal was. Sally must wait another 11 years for the next big break in her case.
