The Queen of The Kingdom of Vyrantis. Talia D'Talisbar is the Immortal Monarch of the Vyrantine People. Sired by Dumar , Allsire of the Dumare Tribe of Vampyre Men. D'Talisbar has gone to a great deal of effort to ensure that her reign is loved and respected among her subjects from the Heartland Men. And cultivates an air of Benevolence and Love among her subjects. Hence why her true nature has yet to be discovered. Or even investigated.

Talia D'Talisbar is the youngest of Nineteen Daughters. A natural born Vampyre of the Dumare Tribe. And Sired by Dumar himself.
As is the norm of Vampyre children. Talia reached full maturity at her Twentieth birthday. And was immediately placed in the court of The Kingdom of Vyrantis. Where the Dumare have long labored to gain a foothold. In time, Talia married into the royal family. While she did develop a romantic relationship with her husband. The late Irmean D'Talisbar. When he died, she named their Vampyre Son after him.
In time, she adjusted to her newfound role as Queen of Vyrantis. Her son, Irmean D'Talisbar II, is the sole person she trusts. Even above her dark father. Dumar. For she has grown attached to her mortal subjects and does not look down upon them the same way that the rest of her kin in the Dumare Tribe do.
Talia has gone to great lengths to expand the influence and prosperity of Vyrantis. These efforts brought her to the unique friendship/contemporary rivalry with her northern neighbor. King Cairne Lennett. Despite their rivalry on the political and economic stages. The two enjoy a very close friendship. Each knowing the others nature. And often aiding each other in maintaining their guises. The two even observe the unofficial tradition of the two kingdoms, where in the Monarchs of Lennistine and Vyrantis meet on the Isle of Rose Water.

Talia is still in grief for her beloved husband. The human King Irmean D'Talisbar. The two had an intense relationship. Vibrant and loving. The loss of Irmean was a profound strike at her heart. Compelling her to keep her son, Irmean D'Talisbar II, as close as she can. Though he is a spirited youth. And difficult to rein in.

But her time studying at The Civic University of Estran, as well as her own personal studying, has steered the weather of her heart and mind towards a more Ecclectic view.
