A minor Fyrst of the Stolbrand family and borgherrer of Whitestone Post, Angesten lived through the second and first war for Bethrum, but did not participate in the latter. Angesten is a cautious man, rarely on to make a hastened decision or rush to danger. Proud but not vain, he is on good terms with the people he rules, his family having always ensured their safety and known as a local war hero, he speaks with great authority in the township. Angesten were among the few who opposed the young king's ascension to the throne, believing him too young to rule, and as such their relationship has not been on the best of terms.
