Keihin Gang (京浜同盟 Kei-hin Dō-mei)
The Keihin Gang is a Hangure gang formerly Kamurocho-based. The group reformed a total of 2 times now, in late 2020 where they rebranded as the Neo Keihin until later this year returning to their original simple Keihin Gang name.
The Keihin Gang is essentially an amalgamation of four distinct factions, each under the leadership of one of the "Four Sovereigns." These leaders, representing different facets of criminal expertise, contribute to the gang's overall influence and power.
The first and smallest faction the Jukugo, under the command of Kenta Kasai, stands as a group of street ruffians who prefer athletic wear. Operating from the former Bike-Gang territory, they embody a rebellious spirit, doing as they please. Despite their size, their unruliness makes them a formidable force in localized operations.
Renji Honda's faction the Kinniku, dominated by bodybuilders, is notorious for its physical prowess and love for confrontations. While they excel in combat, their lack of stamina and vulnerability to fair fights create an exploitable weakness. Shakedowns and physical dominance define their criminal endeavors, making them formidable, yet tactically vulnerable.
The third faction the seicho group, led by Kaito Sakakiba, is an unusual assembly of overweight men who emulate the fighting style of sumo wrestlers. Acting as hired guns, they engage in conflicts for the highest bidder, often negotiating their services at local restaurants. Their unique approach to combat, blending strength and mass, gives them a distinctive edge in certain scenarios.
At the pinnacle of the Keihin Gang's hierarchy is Matsuhisa Koga and the koga group, who commands the largest and most influential faction. Comprising combat-trained white-collar criminals and ex-yakuza, this faction operates with a level of secrecy and mystery that sets them apart. Their ranks include individuals with political and financial ties, hidden from public and police awareness.
Structure
The operational structure of the Keihin Gang, as defined by the Four Sovereigns, involves the formation of smaller groups led by "officers" commonly referred to as Bros and Big Bros, along with their subordinates known as Goons or lil ones. This hierarchical arrangement constitutes a group of ten individuals, comprising eight lil ones, a bro, and sometimes even two big bros. While these leaders hold positions of authority, their directives are not always followed without question.
Within this framework, three of these groups coalesce to form a squad, all falling under the jurisdiction of one of the Four Sovereigns. This organizational pattern is consistent across all groups except for the one led by Koga. Remarkably, Koga's faction operates more akin to traditional businesses and echoes the modus operandi of the yakuza in the era preceding the tumultuous yakuza wars.
The uniqueness of Koga's faction lies in its resemblance to the historical yakuza framework. Operating like businesses, this faction emphasizes a more structured and disciplined approach to criminal enterprises, reminiscent of the traditional yakuza model before the internal conflicts that marked the yakuza wars.
History
The inception of the Keihin Gang can be traced back to a collective of individuals who, through collaborative efforts, bolstered each other's endeavors. Notably, the faction under Koga's leadership directly evolved from a prior yakuza entity known as the Koga Family. This familial organization was initially overseen by Matsuhisa Koga's father, who aptly named his son after the founder of the Koga Family.
Unfortunately, the Koga Family faced dissolution due to the implementation of the 3K Plan in 2017, a significant event in Kamurocho. This compelled them to disband their operations, marking the end of the yakuza group. Notably, the Koga Family had gained recognition as a rival to the Ryoga Family, a prominent member of the Tojo Clan and the precursor to the Hidora clan.
