One of the original settlements on Lu Ven, This sprawling port city is still an active trade port and acting capitol for the Free Republic.

This city is run by a republic forum, made up of citizens and business peoples from the town ans surrounding countryside. It is also adjudicated by an Elder, who helps keep the forum fair and organized.

Lu Nortte is the largest trade port in the Free Republic, and has a bustling trade with both the peoples of the Grande Rocc to the west, and to the north with Yellen Flat, Falania and the Karcharias Islands.

As one of the first settlements of the ancient Venshen, settled some 1280 years ago, this port city has a long history of maritime trade.

Lu Nortte is renowned for its '100 Public Parks'. In reality the town has 44 public squares, some of these squares are indeed public parks, while others are fountains, plazas with benches and gazebos, and others are designated markets.

Most of the buildings are White, either from the composition of the granite or marble used to build them, or due to the light colored clay facade.
