Lu Ven
The former seat of the first seafaring human empire, the Venshen. This decadent and wealthy nation began to decline after a few small conflicts with neighboring states, but maintains reasonable trade and opulence.
Geography
Lu Ven is a tropical landscape, nestled between the Ortunae Sea to the west, the Great Belt to the south, the Nuseda Ocean to the east, and the Strait of Idacti to the north.
Ringed by shallow reefs, the warm coasts of Lu Ven are a sight to behold. Light blue and Teal waters, surround bone white cliffs and verdant green forests. Narrow beaches of white sand and pummice stones act as safe harbors among the cliffs and shoals.

Ecosystem
Nourished by warm sea winds and bountiful waters, the various biomes of Lu Ven are full of life and natural resources.
History
Originally settled by the ancient Venshen, sailors who seem to have appeared into history with no past of their own, this island continent was quickly formed into a naval trading nation, and explored the oceans and established small outposts across the world.
Some 1150 years ago the Venshen sailors and merchants all retreated to Lu Ven, and ceased all trade across the seas. It is unknown what happened to cause this collapse, but the Venshen ceased to be as they were. Replaced by what is now known as the Ven Regality.
