Shadar-kai are a strange race of elf that have been touched by the shadowfell. To rebel against the dark and dreary nature of their shadow heritage, many shadar-kai dress in vibrant colors and dye their hair bright hues. Shadar-kai usually live in the Rimelands due to the drama of the harsh landscape.
