Balambar, Tyrant of Krams

Balambar was part of the Helegu occupying force of the city of Krams.

While Krams was ruled by the Governor, it was Balambar as one of his advisors, who was the real authority. Known by the inhabitants as the Tyrant of Krams, Balambar had commandeered an artificer’s workshop, where allied with Wererat Clan Pestilens and alchemists, magicians, and assassins he created caches of disease and poison weapons.

Deep beneath the workshop were iron drums full of toxic blood from a Plague Spitter. The toxic blood was being used to develop new diseases, including the “crackling” disease that was being weaponised at the time of the BMG arrival. Hominid prisoners were held in a heavily defended underground vault to incubate the diseases. He was also in league with Armell of Emm, a powerful Houngan and lesser Loa. It was Armell who provided Balambar with the armoured Juggernaut Zombies and Plague Spitters.

Balambar met his demise after the Jydengiss Underground recruited the BMG to bring hime down when most of the occupying forces had left the city to travel east and wage war.

He was a high level artificer who used a combination of undead armoured juggernauts, death kiss', mindwitnesses, elementals, clockwork brawlers, clockwork sentinels and trained killers to help defend his interests.
