Elden, Child of Flyr

Elden is the leader of the rebel Homeworld Hoomans that are living outside of the CityState.
They left society after writing and dispensing anti-leader campaigns against Eidolon, which lead to a growing paranoia that they were being hunted down. The majority of their writing has disappeared from the public eye.
While living in the corrupted lands, they got infected by Pink Blight. They seem not bothered by their current state, but they are clear that the only reason they're living is for the others and for the hope that one day they can see the end of Eidolon's rule.

Elden's body has been weakened by the presence of the Pink Blight, however, they are still fairly athletic despite it.

Elden wears a loose-fitting green scarf made from the remains of their old robes. They also wear a smooth, wooden mask. Mental characteristics

Education + Employment

Elden has gained high marks in both Facility and Information Technology Sector Education. Elden was a technician that worked in the Information Technology Sector in the capital on Homeworld. However, due to their protests and publishing documents of Anti-Eidolon propaganda, they were fired.

Elden had to flee into the Corrupted Lands due to the danger of being unpersoned by Eidolon and their secret police. Personality Characteristics

Motivation

Elden's current motivation is to survive out in the Corrupted Lands and help Melo with making progress with their research with the Pink Blight. They have little interest in returning to society while Eidolon is in charge.

Likes & Dislikes

• Writing - Elden likes to write in their spare time. They have written many books, though only a few are still unofficially in circulation in the CityState.
• Eidolon - They hate Eidolon with a passion, to the point they will go into a full-blown angry rant if they're even mentioned.

Contacts & Relations

Anka - Elden is close with Anka trusts them the most out of everyone. They do have regrets from dragging Anka along with them, due to the fact they also caught the blight but is glad they are around. Elden hasn't picked up in the signs that Anka has a romantic interest in them.
Averyx - Elden is on good terms with Averyx, though doesn't interact with them much.
Eidolon - Elden just really hates Eidolon.
Jexa - Elden finds Jexa to be slightly strange, though that is mostly due to them being a Nasgovian Hooman. They are interested on hearing things about Nasgovia from them though.
Kohren - Elden finds Kohren to be a pain and unnecessarily antagonistic, but also finds then useful with dealing with Blight creatures.
Lillya - Elden has concern over Lillya's well being since they don't want to know what a younglin with the Pink Blight could look like.
Melo - Elden and Melo have a good relationship, and have a level of respect. Elden believes that Melo is a very valuable asset to the community.
Vex - Elden were close friends, however, due to Elden's opinions against Eidolon and the Citystate, Vex was unable to see them anymore. After Vex's disappearance, Elden believed that Eidolon had unpersoned and murdered them.
