Back from saving Reidoth
General Summary
This and last session the party has just arrived back in Phandalin with the druid Reidoth Paleflower in their presence. The lady Vandala Maz'Trawa promised Randy Jones that she would get her best armorers to start work on making him an armor of Green Dragon plates. This work would take several weeks though, since you cannot hurry quality. As concerned the skull of the dragon, Randy is lent a cart to take that to the works, where a halfling tanner named Leroy Thorngage, asks for 5gp to clean it properly and secretly. Randy hands him 10gp making Leroy very happy and more than willing to do what is asked.
Meanwhile Sticky Fingers and Razyle move to the market to spy on Sir Jonathan Highcastle. He notices them however and turns the tables as he suddenly runs off and circles around to watch them from behind. Once spotted, Sticky talks to him saying they were wondering about his view on the war.
When the party has come together again, they move to the Outsiders, where the party takes food to Harald MacIntyre to aid the stricken inhabitants of this section of the city. Here Prat meets Sticky and turns him back to his mission to find the most valuable thing in the world.
The next day, Tymoris the 30th of Life Renewed, in the year 1254 E.G.:
The party returns to lady Maz'Trawa and get more information on the monks that had appeared so suddenly. Also she asks them if they would take a friend of hers along on their travels to aid them in their important missions. Scaramouche Fan'dango is added to the group.
Also, Sticky decides to leave on his new mission, and gives presents to all characters. Bilbo Barbarian gets Spark Powder, 20x Potion of Sickening, 20x Potion of Stunning and 1 healing potion. Randy gets a half plate armor taken from a 'mage' (Mithril from Mick the Miserable) and the keys to the North Gate. Razyl gets 2 Adamantine Daggers from The Derkon and Mithril Handcuffs used by the dwarves to hold the Derkon captive.
Something else: When Scaramouche was in Neverwinter last, the then general was John Rackham.
The next day, the 31st of Life Renewed, Randy and his friends head to the barracks to see the inauguration of general Domhnall Rum take place. He makes it clear he loathes other races in his armed forces messing with the uniform look and feel of his troops. The Order of the Gauntlet decides to take their headquarters away from the barracks, as Randy is told by Chenleigh Quickstep, who hands Randy an amulet of non-detection to make sure the talk is private. In order to change the structure of the order, Randy needs more renown and is asked to spy on The Black Robes activity on the Dark Island.
