Belna Snowroot
The recently deceased Belna Snowroot is cause for much discussion in Easthaven. She was found in the alley behind the White Lady Inn impaled by a spear made of ice with the words "ALL DEBTS MUST BE PAID" written on the wall behind her. In addition to this a simplified drawing of the symbol of the Frostmaiden was also at the scene.
Dzaan was convicted of her murder by Garreth and burned at the stake for it.
