Blackrazor
Blackrazor is an evil, sentient greatsword with powerful magical properties. It practically radiates darkness and gives its wielder a sense that it is controlling them.
History
Blackrazor has a long and bloody history.
In 273 2E, Auntie Gertrude Frogtooth stole Blackrazor from the Shadowfell and brought it through the crossing in the Fortress of Shadows. This brought a curse upon Arania.
After an Unnamed Band of Adventurers killed her, they investigated her hut, and the sword was found by Waywocket, who became its new wielder.
Waywocket wielded it for many years until 54 3E. When A Group of Elves killed her, the sword was taken by Damek the Bastard.
The group tried to find a way to destroy Blackrazor. They attempted to put Blackrazor in the hands of a corpse and turn it to gold using the Blade of Midas. They put it into the hands of King Ilya Lockhart and turned him to gold. This did not turn Blackrazor into gold, however.
Bryvv put the golden corpse into his Bag of Holding and used the Brooch of Time Traveling to take it to the Mythic Era, where it would not be seen again.
Later, when Corellon Larethian offered a wish to each member of Bryvv's group, Aramel wished to go to the time and place where Blackrazor was hidden. He spent the rest of his days guarding over it.
In 70 3E, Alan went back in time to visit Aramel and found that Aramel and Blackrazor were both missing. Leisl Siannodel later had a vision that Blackrazor was back in the Shadowfell, being weilded by dark forces. They later discovered that it was located at the Obsidian Altar being wielded by Sir Mortis the Death Knight. They arrived there and attempted to take it from him. He fought them and was killed by his own daughter, Leisl. Additionally, throughout the fight whenever Blackrazor whispered to the Death Knight, Damek felt a vibrating sensation in the back of his mind.
Leisl picked up Blackrazor, becoming its new wielder. Shortly after, Blackrazor spoke to Damek, trying to convince him to kill Leisl and take back Blackrazor.
