Sir Mortis, known when he was alive as Denton Siannodel, was a Death Knight in service of Oblivia.

Personal history
Denton became the father of Leisl Siannodel.
He died and ran into Leisl as a skeletal butler.
At some point, he was promoted to the role of Death Knight and stationed at the Obsidian Altar to guard Blackrazor. After a few days, the first half of The Chosen Nine arrived to take the sword from him. He died after being bitten by Leisl's shadow dog.
