Braax

Braax dreamed of being a dragon, finally achieving what he saw as the ultimate evolution that Kobolds where destined for. He was originally a normal Kobold until the sleepless blessed him with power through their sigil, he was reborn as a Kobold Scale Sorcerer with real wings and tougher scales. He was born closer to that of a dragon. The Sleepless sisters minion Dunamuun told him that if he where to help complete the ritual he needed to step into the material plane then he would be transformed into a dragon by the sleepless sisters. He only needed to gain two treasures, a certain book and a pendant. The book would be located close to where he was in some old ruins he should be able to access (which he did easily) and the pendant was in one of the three ruins that marked the Wayfell forest (He is unable to get this).   Braax was unable to see the book in question so he had to look for an individual that was marked by the sleepless. Dunamuun informed him that one individual existed in the village of Marithune. He then decided to kidnap people from the village Marithune. These people where then brainwashed and answered his questions honestly as well as becoming Acolytes of Braax's Dragon Cult. Eventually he kidnapped Orpip Davlin who possessed the sigil of The Sleepless and after brainwashing him, Braax was able to retrieve the book from the ruins mentioned by Dunamuun. Unfortunately for Braax, upon collecting the book, Orpip Davlin's mind came back to him and he quickly decided to attemp to escape from Braax's Cult. It was during this escape that @Orpip stumbled onto the rode where the player characters where.   Braax was able to capture Orpip Davlin shortly after and took him and the book back to their base. Orpip was then imprisoned as he was needed later for the ritual once the pendant was located.
