Captain William Twitch was born in South Gondolin. He was orphaned at the age of 10 in the second orc/human war when his fathers merchant ship was sunk by the orcs, killing both his mother and his father. For a while he grew up on the streets, but one day Grand Admiral Thrawn stumbled upon him while William helped stop some local thieves. Thrawn took him in, and sent him to the Navan War Academy. Here William would thrive, becoming an excellent navyman. His first asignment was under the command of Jillian, and he has served her loyaly ever since.
