Otvokmis is a major city in Hvalgora that sits to the country's north-west. It once served as the nation's capital, but countless wars with neighbours - most commonly ancient Gildómar and young Halsgard - saw the city's old defences shattered far too often, and after one razing too many, the capital was relocated elsewhere.
Still, Otvokmis remains a major city and trade centre, and is home to the Living Mausoleum that forms a keystone in Hvalgoran culture.
