The Imperial High Council

Structure

The Imperial High Council is a group gathered and chosen by the Empress for the purpose of both aiding her in the creation of the Empire and now expanding it.

Culture

The council is nearly entirely selfish, with each individual member tying themselves to the Empress for the purpose of self-gain and profit. Every member is aware of this fact and is wary of the choices the others make. The only one who they are truly afraid of is the Empress herself considering her strength as the most powerful member of the council.

Assets

The council wields the Eltree Empire as a tool for their own purposes. Aside from that they have free reign of nearly every magic item in Imperial custody as well as the knowledge and assistance of the many Imperial loyalists.

History

The Imperial High Council is what remains of the Council Eltree after is disbandment.
