Gatesilver
Gatesilver is a material that was used to construct the Gates, and has recently been researched and more and more useful items are always being created from it. It can be enchanted to do almost anything with magic that is powerful enough. It is commonly mined on worlds like Ranghir and others. It is used in mechanical creations such as transport, and is now being militarized to become a weapon.
